- ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT- Must be competent in computers and able to use Microsoft Office Products
- Knowledge of PC Scale/Tower software a plus
- Able to work in fast paced environment and multitask
- Answering Phones
- Taking and filling Roll Off container orders including scheduling delivery and pickup
- Tracking all containers and rental dates for delivery, pickup and extensions of rentals
- Data entry of new customers and equipment
- SCALE HOUSE
ATTENDANT- Work in landfill inside scale house
- Logging all materials that come into our landfill using PC Scale Software
- Weighing trucks for our gravel sales, dumping, hauling
- DRIVERS
- Class A and B CDL drivers, Hazmat, Rolloff, Lowboy
- Year round work, Monday through Friday.
- Minimum of 3 years dump experience is required.
- Must have a valid CDL, Hazmat certifications, clean driving record, current dot physical Must comply with company drug free workplace policy
- LABORER
- Landfill operations, demolition operations
- Shoveling, seeding, raking, clearing debris
- OPERATOR
- Heavy equipment such as bob cat, dozer, loader, excavator
- Sitework and demolition experience necessary
- PROJECT
MANAGER- Attend pre-bid meetings
- Prepare and submit Bid Packages for residential and commercial Demolition and projects involving earthwork (excavation/grading), heavy highway, demolition, waterline, storm & sanitary sewer, precast culverts and more – to include project estimates, takeoffs, material & vendor/subcontractor pricing.
- Familiar with RAPCA, State, City and County permitting requirements. Ability to read spec books and construction blueprints involving earthwork (excavation/grading), heavy highway, demolition, waterline, storm & sanitary sewer, precast culverts and more.
- Excellent Communication & Planning skills.
- Required field management of project and staff scheduling
- Able to multi-task and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Preparation of purchase/change orders, AIA pay application submittals, project cost controls/budgeting and scheduling.
- WELDER
- Local demolition and trucking company is seeking a full time welder.
- Must be experienced in mig, tig, stick welding.
- Must be dependable, and have reliable transportation.
